Permissions Manager   - Help Index

The Permissions page is where you can assign members to groups and give the group permissions to the site products. The Tabs at the top of the panel are used to select either (Groups or Permissions).

Groups This section allows you to manage your group members. First click on the "Members" link. Then Select the Group you wish to manage the members of. The Groups names "Admin-1 thru Admin-9 and Trusted Members have no special significant, they are just names. However, we have given default privileges to some of these groups. (See privileges). The Site Members include all persons that you have given accounts to. Guests are all persons you have not given accounts to.


You can add or removed members from the selected group by clicking on the Add/Remove links on this page. Use the Alias Directory to select the letter the alias begins with to show all the members with an alias that begins with that letter.



Permissions

This Panel allows to you set permissions for all groups at the same time. The Tabs at the top of the page show the product that you are giving permissions for. ADM Are Administrative privileges, TLS are Tool privileges.

Note: You must Click the "SAVE" button after changing the permissions and then you must click on the "ACTIVATE SETTINGS" tab for them to take effect.
