Personal Site Server (PSS) gives you the power and freedom to create and run web sites from your own computer. There is no need for a web hosting service any longer which gives you more control of your data and what actually appears on your pages.
There are two major components that make up the Personal Site Server Personal Sites and Web Server.
1. Personal Site Server product is the Personal Sites portion. This is the software that allows you to build your own web pages and web sites using our own proprietary InstaFlash Web Designer. With InstaFlash you can create your own web sites and (if you permit) your members can create their own web pages. InstaFlash works right in the browser so there is no need for your members to install any software.
2. NetJetServer (NJS). NJS is our proprietary application that runs on your windows computer. This gives you the ability to create pages using your browser. If your computer is connected to the Internet you can change the settings on NJS to permit others to view your web pages/sites right from your own computers.
NJS is the actual web server that delivers all of your web pages to the Internet as people browse your site. It is a powerful engine that builds your web pages on demand using a scripting language, embedded HTML and a database. NJS is capable of servicing multiple web sites at the same time, so you can run many web sites from your computer at the same time.
